The Antioch Sports Legends Alumni held their Inaugural Alumni BBQ at the Antioch Historical Society Museum this past Sunday, August 16.

The Antioch Sports Legends Alumni held their inaugural Alumni BBQ at the Antioch Historical Society Museum this past Sunday, August 16. The successful barbecue was held for alumni to socialize and to thank alumni and Antioch Sports Legends volunteers for their continued support. An estimated 40+ enjoyed themselves to barbecued ribs, chicken, salads, beans and cold refreshments on a blistering hot day. A great time was had by all but especially by hard working Alumni Chairman Steve ”Chop! Chop!” Parks and his committee of Dennis “ribs are my game” Opsal, The Big Righty Butch “Can I get a beer here?” Rounsaville, Rally “Where’s the can opener?” Rounsaville and Vic “I’ll take you all on!” Thornhill. And a special thanks goes to Dan “The Man” Tuck for making the grounds looking like the Augusta Golf course. We hope next year to see more alumni join us in this fun event!
