The 2017 Hall of Fame ballot nominations deadline is June 30. All applications must be postmarked no later than June 30th or brought into the Antioch Sports Legends office by June 29 before 4:00. If applications are received after the deadline, they will be considered for the 2018 Ballot, if the application is filled out correctly. If you are filling out an application, please be sure to read the criteria portion on this website and following the instructions completely. If you are having problems with filling out the application, please email Antioch Sports Legends Coordinator Tom Lamothe through the “contact us” tab. There are no extensions, good luck!
