Hello Everybody! Just a note to invite you all to a Zoom General and Auction Meeting on Thursday November 5th at 5:00pm Pacific Time. We’ll update the latest for the Auction at the top of the meeting for donors to know what is happening and then go into our regular meeting. An agenda will be coming on Monday so be looking for it.
Thank you all for your support of the auction and fund raiser. We have until November 15th to get items finalized. So please get your items to me ASAP. If you’re making a donation you can help with providing a description, photo, website link and value. If you can’t that’s OK I’ll be glad too.
The Auction is November 19-22 at your charity auction, you’re welcomed to create a “bidders account” in advance. PLEASE INVITE ALL YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA FRIENDS.
